North City is your Insurance Broker and legally defined as your representative. We will normally receive a call from you to report the claim. Our practice then is to counsel you on the claims process, explain what impact the claim will have on your policy and future renewals, if any, and advise you of what to expect as the claim proceeds.
If your decision is to proceed with the claim, we will transfer your call to the insurance company's claims department to report the claim.

The Adjuster is the representative of the insurer and their role is to examine the circumstances of the claim and make things happen to resolve the claim as soon as possible, hopefully to your satisfaction.

In an emergency after hours or week-ends, the voice message will provide the number to call depending on your insurance company to reach their claims department.
