There has been some significant changes to Habitational policies; all property policies will now have a minimum $1,000 deductible which means, in the event of a loss (claim) you will be responsible for the first $1,000 in damages. Please note, an option to “buy back” a $300 or $500 deductible is available.

Overland Water Endorsement is now available!  This new product which is an enhancement to the Sewer Backup endorsement, will provide coverage for rapid accumulation of torrential rainfall & snow melt and the rising, breaking out of overflow of any body of fresh water.

Depending on the area you live in and the claims experience of your neighbourhood your “Sewer Backup” coverage may change from “policy limit” to a $50,000 “policy limit”. There is an option to buy a $100,000 “policy limit”.

A new discount is available:

North City Stories

Having been with North City now for more than 8 years I have to say I was feeling pretty comfortable dealing with them. Their response time has always been excellent, and changes to my policies were always handled in a professional and competent manner. A great company to deal with.
